Thomas & Galbraith has been a proud member of the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton community for more than 40 years. While we make great efforts to support our neighbors, we recognize there is a lot we cannot do, though others can. Through partnerships with and donations to local organizations, we aim to help fill the gaps, so our community’s needs are satisfied. We encourage area citizens and other local businesses to join us in giving, as we actively encourage donor matches.
From supporting local families and initiatives that help feed those in need, supply diapers to those that can't afford them, or provide free or deeply discounted HVAC systems or water heaters, we are looking out of our neighbors in more ways than one. You'll find us volunteering and supporting on the sidelines of multiple youth sports organizations across our service area, or helping in the classroom so our students get the support they need for deserving programs.

We partner with local organizations to review each case and identify households facing true hardship. Depending on need, we may provide free or deeply discounted heating and cooling systems, special pricing, or other assistance. Our goal is simple: when a furnace fails in winter or an air conditioner breaks during a summer heatwave, no qualifying family is left without a safe, comfortable home because of cost.
Strong communities grow from strong kids. We sponsor dozens of youth teams across Blue Ash, West Chester, Mason, Middletown, and Hamilton—soccer, baseball, basketball, swim and more—by providing jerseys, covering fees, and cheering from the sidelines. We also partner with local schools to support reading programs, class projects, and other initiatives, helping students explore new ideas, develop skills, and build bright futures right here in our communities.
We’re committed to improving life for our neighbors well beyond heating and cooling. Alongside local shelters and health initiatives, we proudly support the Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank as a diaper drop-off location to help families meet essential needs. We also back A Kid Again, local food banks, and veteran support programs—strengthening and uplifting the people who make our communities what they are and extending our impact far beyond service calls.
